Handling

Putting on the Bort patellar tendon strap
Open the strap completely and place the pressure pad on the patellar tendon just below the kneecap. Then wrap the strap around the leg and close the Velcro fastener with the desired tension so that sufficient pressure is exerted on the patellar tendon.
Removing the Bort Patella Tendon Band
To take off the BORT Patella Tendon Band Sport, please loosen the Velcro fastener and remove the band from the leg.
