- On first use
- Place the thumb cap over the thumb so that the MCP joint falls into the hollow of the thumb cap
- Then close the thumb loop diagonally over the cap so that it closes loosely but does not constrict
- Now slide the thumb cap over the thumb. Make sure that the shape of the thumb cap is flush with the slightly curved thumb
- Close the elastic wrist strap of the base. The strap should be at the correct height and slightly taut
- Place the blue strip of the elastic base on the blue strip of the Velcro fastener. Bring the elastic to the desired tension
- Wrap the non-elastic band around the back of the thumb and place the two blue strips on the two blue strips of the Velcro fastener to close it

Get off to a sporty start: Push Sports thumb support
The Push Sports thumb support stabilizes, supports and protects the metacarpophalangeal joint of your thumb (MCP-1). When wearing the Push Sports thumb support, the joints of your thumb that are not injured retain their freedom of movement. You can adjust the straps of the thumb support individually and therefore determine for yourself which position feels best for your thumb during your sport. The strap system runs crosswise and provides lateral support for the thumb joint. The Push Sports thumb support leaves the palm of the hand free, fits under a ski and goalkeeper glove and provides the necessary stability during sport.
The Push Sports thumb support stabilizes the base joint of your thumb with an inelastic, individually adjustable strap system, i.e. completely without a splint. Thanks to the open and flexible design, the adjacent joints remain mobile and your palm remains largely free. A stable cap protects the metacarpophalangeal joint of the thumb. With the Push Sports thumb support, you can really get going again, even in contact sports. It is designed in such a way that it poses no risk of injury to you or your opponent.
